Today’s Peevishness caused by:
Weeks ago, Spouse washed my our cast-iron pan by running HOT water into it for many, many minutes while he scraped at the stuck parts with lots of soap. And he scraped off large bits of my beautiful took-6-years-to-get-just-so/hardly-ever-sticks-seasoning. I thought I could just fry some bacon and convinced the seasoning that it was still intact, but no . . . it is gone. Sigh.
