This has to be one of the most horrible things I’ve ever seen. WTFFUCK?
Who do you call for help in a situation like this? 911? They ARE the police.
The only thing that comforts me is that a lot of people saw it, and a lot of people yelled and screamed that the UCPD was wrong.
And that little bit at the end, where the officer says to the people milling about, “Go back inside or you’ll be tased, too!”
